SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

1. At aroma M, we're committed to offering you a couple of shipping options and a low flat rate for standard shipping. That means you don't have to worry about complicated rate calculations. Instead, you simply pay one low shipping price, no matter how large your order. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and keep our prices competitive. As a result, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

2. We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods) within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We accept order to countries outside of the US for flat rate $20.00. However we might not be able to send to the destination due to any postal regulations. We will inform you if this problem occurs during the shipping process.

UPS Ground : $8.95 or Free for the order exceed $100 Processing Time up to 48hours, Carrier Time 1-5 Business Days, Total Time up to 7days
UPS 2day Air: $26.00 Processing Time up to 48hours, Carrier Time 2Business Days, Total Time up to 4days
UPS Overnight: $45.00 Processing Time up to 48hours, Carrier Time 2Business Days, Total Time up to 3days
Canadian Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail $20.00
Sample Set Only (USPS): $4.00 Processing Time up to 48hours, Carrier Time 2 to 5days, Total Time 4 to 7 days

4. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 1-2 days.
YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS

To prevent increasing number of credit card fraud now we need to verify your credit card billing address. If the billing address you provide us does not match the billing address on file with your credit card, we will contact you via email to notify you. Therefore please make sure that you provide an accurate e-mail address and check your e-mail after you place an order.

Any order without matching credit card billing address will be canceled after 14 days if we have not heard from you. If you wish to still receive you order after 14days of notification, you must re-order your product. An email notification will not be sent in the event that your order is canceled.
