RETURN POLICY

We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on and fragrance, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines, and ensures that every fragrance shipped is in 100% original condition.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please call 1.212.686.7601 or email info@aromam.com within 20 days of your purchase. If you return your purchase to us without prior notice we can't guarantee the refund.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective unopened item immediately. We regret that shipping expenses are non-refundable unless a product is clearly defective.
